This page looks at the Rocket Garden exhibits relating to manned space flight.

First there is the Mercury Redstone used for the initial sub-orbital flights. Alongside it is a mockup of the Mercury capsule.

Next the Mercury Atlas used for the orbital flights.

Next up should be a Gemini Titan II as used for the two man flights that practised rendezvous and docking as part of the development of the moon landing program.  The original Titan II displayed was deteriorating and was removed from display to be replaced by a refurbished US Air Force ICBM fitted with a replica Gemini spacecraft in 2010.  It seems I visited during the change over period.

Displayed on its side is a Saturn 1B with an Apollo Capsule, a mockup Apollo is also on display.
